Andrea Mastrobattista has a diverse background in multimedia design as well as internal communications and marketing. Having served in a variety of communications and project management roles, she is a skilled writer, copyeditor and web/print designer. She has developed Intranet sites and newsletters for both Verizon Wireless and Aventis Pharmaceuticals and is currently the writer for the Novartis OTC North America newsletter. Andrea has also been instrumental in creating inspirational programs that significantly increase employee morale and productivity.  Additionally, she volunteers for Nonprofit organizations, such the YMCA and the Business and Professional Women of Bernardsville, where she serves as both Co-President and Communications Chairperson. She is proficient with Dreamweaver, Documentum, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and Publisher.
