Founder of The Caunos Group, Ruthann Grey brings senior-level communication management experience as former Vice President of Global Media and External Affairs for Hoechst Marion Roussel (now Sanofi-Aventis) and Vice President of Corporate Communication at Hoechst Celanese.  She specializes in strategy development, corporate image and reputation management, and corporate social responsibility programs.  She has created effective communication programs in support of organizational change in pre-and-post merger environments, and introduced successful strategies to improve efficiency and coordination, that result in a more cohesive approach to corporate communication management. As a consultant, she serves as a communication management coach and works with major pharmaceutical clients including Novartis, Schering Plough, Johnson & Johnson, Merck and Cephalon.
