Founder of The Caunos Group, Ruthann Grey brings senior-level communication management experience as Vice President of Global Media and External Affairs for Hoechst Marion Roussel (formerly Aventis) and Vice President of Corporate Communication at Hoechst Celanese. She specializes in strategy development, corporate image and reputation management, and corporate social responsibility programs. She has created highly effective communication in support of organizational change in pre-and-post merger environment, and built successful internal client services programs that improved efficiency and communication coordination, resulting in a more cohesive approach to corporate communication management. As a consultant, she has served as a communication management coach and worked with major pharmaceutical clients including Schering Plough, Johnson and Johnson, Merck and Cephalon.
